Workshop for Teachers
These workshops offer practical ideas and meaningful activities to scaffold instruction in the classroom. The key areas covered are writing and comprehension. Strategies for explicit teaching are our main call.
Workshop for Parents
These workshops offer insights into the curriculum and equip parents with useful strategies to help their children better manage the more challenging components of the PSLE English Language Paper.
Coaching for Pupils
With a curriculum that is aligned to that of the revised 2010 English Language Syllabus, we prepare our Primary Three to Primary Six Pupils well to meet the challenges of the revised PSLE format.
Workshop for Pupils
These workshops give pupils an added edge to their preparation for the PSLE, be it Writing for Paper One, managing Comprehension in Paper Two or making Oral presentations in Paper Four.
What our parents and pupils say about us
Shreya finds the lessons very useful. They are not similar to what is taught in school. She seems to have more in-depth understanding now of key techniques to writing, starting with basic language use to plot development. The critical review done in class of sample writing pieces further helps her to understand the concepts taught. I think these lessons have laid the foundation for better writing.

Jonah enjoyed his lessons so much that he complained that the 1.5 hours was too short. He has learnt many new strategies on writing and hopes to apply them to his continuous writing.

Thanks again for the opportunity that Zi Yi had in attending your classes and workshops. I had also learned much myself! We will recommend your classes to others.

I never dreamt that I can improve from below average to doing well in my PSLE English. Your classes are always very engaging and inspiring such that I never had the chance to enter into dreamland! I look forward to each session and I think the most important lesson I learnt from attending your classes is appreciation of the English Language.

English teachers like you are getting fewer and fewer. I am so glad that I had you. Without you, I wouldn't have made it to a dream secondary school.

Thank you for helping Ashley so much in her English. She managed to go into Express Stream in the Secondary School. If not for you, I know that she might end up otherwise. Being in a neighbourhood school, Ashley always wanted to do well in her English. However, good English teachers are very difficult to come by. Luckily, I found you from the CDAC workshop when she was in Primary 5. If not for you, she would not have developed a further love for English. Ashley managed to progress in English from score C to A in PSLE within a short time due to your hard work and encouragement. Thank you once again.
